From everyone at MetaRemove, thank you for using our platform! We created it to help you build better connections with your audience through MetaRemoves. Because we don’t know every customer personally, these Terms of Service help outline the rules for using our platform and services.

When we say “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, we are referring to MetaRemove Inc., headquartered at Brazil.

When we say “Services”, we mean our website metaremove.com, and any products or services provided by MetaRemove, including tools for creating quizzes, MetaRemoves, and any associated resources.

When we say “You” or “your”, we are referring to the people or organizations that have an account with one or more of our Services.

We may update these Terms of Service (“Terms”) in the future. If significant changes are made, we will notify you by updating the date above and taking additional steps as necessary to ensure awareness.

Using our Services now or in the future signifies your agreement to the latest Terms. If you violate any of the Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. Trust is important to us, and we strive to maintain that through transparency and fairness.

Account Terms

  1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring that your users do the same. The Company cannot and will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation.
  2. Prohibited Use: You may not use the Services for any purpose that violates applicable laws or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  3. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all content posted and activities conducted under your account, including actions by users you authorize.
  4. Human Registration: Accounts created by automated methods (e.g., bots) are not permitted.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

  1. Paid Plans Only: MetaRemove offers only paid subscription plans. There are no free plans or trial periods available.
  2. Billing: Billing occurs on a subscription basis. Unpaid accounts may be frozen until payment is received.
  3. Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with our Fair Refund Policy.
  4. Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be collected where required.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. Cancelation by User: You are responsible for canceling your account through the Stripe customer portal. Instructions for accessing the portal are provided within your account settings on the platform.
  2. Data Deletion: Upon cancelation, your content will be inaccessible and permanently deleted within 30 days from active systems and 60 days from backups.
  3. Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason at our discretion.

Modifications to Services and Prices

  1. Changes: We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services without notice. Any significant pricing changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.
  2. Service Guarantees: We aim to maintain reliable and secure Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Privacy and Security

  1. Data Protection: We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. Security Measures: We employ industry-standard measures to secure your data, including encryption and regular backups.
  3. Third-Party Vendors: We may use third-party services to deliver parts of the platform. These vendors are bound by agreements to protect your data.

Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: The Services and all related intellectual property are owned by the Company. You may not reuse any portion without written consent.
  2. Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create but grant us a license to use it solely for providing the Services.
  3. Copyright Violations: Report issues through our DMCA Policy.

Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaRemove disclaims all liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
